Traffic Pollution Damages Lungs in Asthmatic Kids

A study at Emory University School of Medicine concluded children with asthma - but not those without asthma - were affected by living in homes in areas with heavy traffic. These children who are exposed to traffic pollution are at increased risk for respiratory problems and reduced lung volumes.
