Harvard Men’s Health Watch published the study concluding that men need to be cautious about taking multivitamins more than once a day because they are 32 percent more likely to develop advanced cancer of prostate and are 98 percent more likely to die from the disease.
The team conducting the research also found that there was no link between once day multivitamin use (recommended daily amounts of the standard vitamins) and the risk of localized prostate cancer development. Men only need to be cautious regarding excessive multivitamin use.
