The new GreenLight XPS was built upon the technology and performance of AMS’ GreenLight PV and HPS laser systems and offers enhanced treatment efficiency with extended fiber longevity and improved coagulation capabilities over other laser therapy treatment systems. The new device has proven to deliver results equivalent to transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), with lower morbidity, fewer complications, shorter hospital stays and lower overall cost.
