but that is really rare.
Question:
In the past few days my right testicle has been aching. I checked for lumps and there are none. But, the tube
connecting testicle hurt more when pressed and was slightly swollen, the testicle itself does not hurt.
It mainly hurts aftr masturbation and ache always subsides after a maximum of about 5 minutes. But it
does hurt when i touch it. Not sexually active, but do masturbate about 4 times a day and I am 16.
by Sean; January 11, 2009
Answer
If the pain is not in testicle, most probably the cause is an infection. As the condition does not go by
itself, you should see a doctor for diagnose and treatment. Stop masturbation for a moment.

Question:
I had my Semen Analysis done a few days back. The Viability was 5% at the end of 30 minutes & 100% Non motile
Spermatozoa. I had 3 more Semen Analysis done (at the gap
or 4-6 months), in each of those repors Viability & Motility have been normal, an average Viability
of about 65% & Motility of 50% (A+B). During this the latest Analysis the Abstinence
from my end was only for about 1 day as the normally recommended is 3-4 days. Kindly reply if there is
some matter to worry. What can be the reasons for such a huge decline in the viability & the motility.
Can such conditions be treated for ?
by Amey; October 27, 2008
Answer
You should have a good reason for doing semen analysis every 6 months.
Probably your condition is related to this reason.
Talk to your doctor to find the answer.

Question:
What means blood in my semen?
by shadowhill; October 05, 2008
Answer
Presence of blood in the semen (hematospermia) is normal for men who recently had vasectomy or prostate biopsy.
Other causes could be bladder or urethra infection, sexually transmitted diseases, testicles trauma. Young men
who have a single episode of bleeding that goes away on its own need no evaluation other than a doctor examination
and an urine specimen. A more thorough work-up may be worthwhile in older men, or in men who have persistent or
recurring bleeding.
Question:
I have a small round pea size lump in my scrotum. It is not soft but hard enough to feel
like its a stone. There are no lumps on my testicles. This is on the inside wall of my scrotom. Could this be something to be alarmed about? Could it be a calcium deposit?
by Jack; September 13, 2008
Answer
If the lump is not connected to your testicle is good. Could be a vein or something else
Question:
I am 46 and I have missed a period. My husband had a vasectomy 8 years ago. Could I be pregnant after this vasectomy.
I am afraid to take a pregnancy test.
by Nancy; August 17, 2008
Answer
After vasectomy a sperm test is performed to see if surgery was a success. If this test revealed
that your husband is infertile, then you cannot be pregnant. A missed period might be a sign of menopause.
The best thing you can do is to see a doctor.

Question:
I'v recently bought ck boxers which are tight made, and I'v herd rumours that these can
make you infertil. It this true?
by c c ; July 21, 2008
Answer
Some related studies suggest that wearing tight underwear does raise the scrotal temperature and affect sperm quality.
Some sceptical experts say there’s a range of other factors that affect sperm quality and men “don’t wear underwear that tight” 24 hours a day.
